CLASSES

This class will incorporate restorative postures into a slow, meditative, calm practice. Perfect for beginners, or even advanced practitioners wishing to slow down, we will use gentle movement to welcome soft openings and mind-body awareness.

Mellow Flow is meant to warm you from the inside and out, but not burn you up like our lives can sometimes do. This practice is chill, focusing on reducing stress and deepening the practice with juicier sequencing, deep breath work and elements of restorative yoga included. This class isn't always easy, but it isn't built to make you sweat either. Come nourish your mind, body and spirit with this grounding class.

Yin yoga is a quiet, meditative practice with long, deep holding of passive poses. Using mindful muscle relaxation, yin postures target the connective tissue nourishing joints, ligaments, and fascia promoting the healthy flow of chi (energy). The Yin practice is a wonderful compliment to more vigorous yoga practices or activities such as running, cycling, and hiking. The practice is suitable and encouraged for all levels of practitioners.

Pilates Reformer 1/2:

Pilates Reformer level 1/2 focuses on form and technique at a slower pace. Its a perfect introductory class for beginner students who want to build a strong foundation, but also great for students who wish to review Pilates fundamentals to insure accuracy and stability before moving toward more advance work. No matter your fitness level, you will get a workout from the Level 1/2 Pilates classes. Great for students with movement restrictions or injuries. 50 mins.

Canceling less than 12 hours prior to your scheduled class is considered a “late cancel.” If you late cancel or no show your class will be forfeited. Members will be charged a $15 fee.

A Vinyasa style or "flow" yoga class in a heated (80-90 degree room) focusing on building heat through the body and evoking a bit of sweat. A strong focus on core work and arm strength. We will explore arm balances and inversions. We recommend that you have some yoga flow experience before joining a power yoga class.

Barre is a total body workout based on a fusion of pilates and dance exercises. Build lean muscle through small isometric movements and strength training

Pilates Reformer 2/3:

Pilates Reformer 2/3 is designed for the client that is ready to expand on the foundations developed from taking Level 1/2 Pilates classes. The classes will move at a faster pace and assume you understand basic cueing and technique. Minimal breaks will be taken during class. Class instruction will be delivered to the average fitness level for the clients in attendance. Modification to make the exercises harder or easier will be given by the instructor. 50 mins.
